HIDDEN

HIDDEN is a reverse portrait study on the human form. It plays on the desires of what we want or expect to see when looking at a portrait of another. HIDDEN also investigates the mystery of shadows and their impact on the perception of images and form. 

Half of these images are self portraiture. Self portraits are a fun but challenging way to develop my skills. The patience to get the focus, lighting, composition, and posing correct all while being at least 5 feet from the camera becomes very rewarding when I get images like these.
